What to expect at a medical assessment
The Personal Injury Commission is currently developing a range of fact sheets to help explain some of our processes to tribunal users. As they are finalised, you will find them here on our website.
Claimants who need to attend a medical assessment as part of their personal injury dispute can now easily find out what to expect at the appointment.
That includes why the assessment is taking place, what claimants need to bring and why it is important.
‘What to expect at a medical assessment’is the first of a range of fact sheets being developed by the Commission to help claimants, workers and others understand some of the Commission’s key processes.
They are being designed as easy-to-follow guides for which readers will not require any legal knowledge to understand.
All fact sheets will be available here as they are published.
