The Personal Injury Commission is seeking applications for the role of General Member in the Workers Compensation Division
Applications Open for Full Time General Member at the Personal Injury Commission
The Personal Injury Commission is calling for applications for the position of full-time General Member within its Workers Compensation Division. This is a valuable opportunity to contribute to fair and effective dispute resolution within a key statutory tribunal in NSW.
Qualified legal practitioners with a minimum of five years’ standing or, in the opinion of the Minister, possess special knowledge, skill or expertise are encouraged to apply. Ideal candidates will possess a strong understanding of workers compensation law, alongside proven skills in alternative dispute resolution and facilitation.
Based in Sydney, the full-time role offers an attractive salary and appointments may be made for terms of up to five years, with potential for reappointment. Some travel may be required.
