The Commission is committed to providing equal access to our services.
If you would like the help of an interpreter, or you are deaf, hard of hearing, speech impaired or have accessibility needs, we can assist you.

You can contact us with the help of an interpreter through TIS National by calling 13 14 50 and asking for 1800 742 679.
When requested, the Commission can arrange interpreters at no cost to assist claimants, workers and employers in our dispute resolution proceedings and medical assessments.
Accessibility support
If you are deaf, hard of hearing, or speech-impaired, you can contact the Commission through the National Relay Service.
Let us know if you need accessibility assistance to attend proceedings, or medical assessments. All Commission offices, including regional locations, provide for disability needs and we will make arrangements to ensure you have the necessary support.
