The Commission’s Annual Review contains information about the Commission’s yearly operations, performance and key achievements
The Personal Injury Commission’s Annual Review 2022-23 is now available.
The Commission’s Annual Review has been prepared in accordance with the Personal Injury Commission Act 2020 and outlines our operations, performance and achievements for the 2022-23 reporting period.
It demonstrates the exemplary work undertaken by the Commission’s people with 15,526 dispute applications registered and 17,086 applications finalised across the year.
The Annual Review also outlines some of the Commission’s key achievements, including the introduction of Pathway, our single digital platform for tribunal users, which went live for motor accidents matters.
For the first time, it also includes reporting against the Commission’s key performance indicators introduced on 1 July 2022.
