Memorandum of Understanding
A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Personal Injury Commission and the Health Care Complaints Commission was agreed to by both parties in September 2026.
The MoU sets out the agreed basis for engagement, including coordination and cooperation, between the PIC and the HCCC.
This MOU does not in any way diminish or otherwise affect the authority or independence of either party, including to act in accordance with each party’s statutory powers and functions as set out by the relevant legislation.
